If you have any queries regarding your existing insurance policy (e.g. missing documents, change of details etc) you should contact your insurance broker directly.

We do not hold a record of which insurance provider an individual has taken out their policy with. So, if you can’t remember who you’re insured with, we would suggest you check your bank statement to see who the payment was made to.
